  • CREDENTIAL – The end result of an apprenticeships is an industry-recognized credential.
  • COLLEGE CREDIT – Some apprenticeship programs lead to a debt-free college degree.

INTERNSHIP

WHAT is an Internship?

An Internship is an opportunity to learn more about a specific industry role or a company. With the aim of the candidates better understand a field of job and determine their career paths, organizations often sponsor internships for college students and recent graduates.

  • DURATION – Internships are usually temporary, seasonal opportunities that last for one to three months.
  • STRUCTURE – Internships are not structured, rather focus on entry-level general work experience. Internships don’t always include mentorship.
